Yes, a current referral from a GP, specialist or allied health practitioner is required. Referrals can be emailed, faxed, or uploaded through our online booking system.
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Avoid clothing with metal fastenings, zippers, or buttons if you’re having X-rays or CT scans, as these can interfere with the images. You may be asked to change into a gown for certain procedures.

Our fast report turnaround means that your results are typically sent to your referring doctor within 24 hours. However, for more complex scans such as lung cancer screenings the report may take longer.
